Children: The magic of childhood is the theme here. We have a lot of fun, and let the child be themselves. Itís amazing how beautifully honest they are every time! Being a mom of two, I truly appreciate all the little people I meet, and love to capture each of their personalities. This price is good for up to 2 kids as the focus, with parents coming in on a few shots. Extra children or adults can be added for $25 each.

Maternity: may request a combination of location & my home studio, or your house; Otherwise, all sessions take place outdoors. If youíre a mom to be, this is your time to shine! You may not feel beautiful, but you are! We focus on your strength as a woman, and the love you hold inside you. The sessions are relaxed, and we go with what feels comfortable and natural for you.

This session is freestyle at your home. I become your very quiet shadow, recording your morning or afternoon rituals. There is beauty in your everyday life, and these are the real memories that youíll be grateful you held onto. This session is shot primarily in black and white. This session is for up to 2 kids/2 adults. Additional people may be added for $25/person.

Kerry prefers to do the newborn sessions during the first week of life. After 9 days of age, a lot more time is required, as the little ones seem to wake up to the world, and they become much more difficult to photograph. Because of this, $100 is added to the sitting fee for newborns 10 days to 3 months old.

The tiny feet, hands, velvety skin, gummy smiles, pudgy little faces and sparkling eyesÖall of these help to creating a memorable piece of artwork to show off your little one. This is your child, a brand new miniature person, and he/she will never be quite like this again.

We can do the session at my home studio, or at your home, the option is yours. I will travel up to 30 miles from Charlottesville, at no additional charge. You choose which will be the least stressful for you and your bundle. Sessions are relaxed and take between 1-3 hours, with baby and mamaís comfort being the highest priority. Minor new baby blemishes will be removed when editing ;-).

• The birth must be within 20 miles of downtown Charlottesville, so I can get to you on time! It can be at a hospital or a home.

I try to arrive an hour before the baby is born, and will generally stay an hour after the birth (unless the babyís needs require us to take longer).

(Images are available as a high resolution download, from your own private link, straight to your computer. You may also share these images from the same link, to anyone you give your password to.)

This session will provide you with the digital files of 15-20 of the very best frames, in high resolution, with release rights. You can expect an assortment of images to be created for you, with a variety of ideas and composition.

The Maternity portion of this package is about 60-minutes, while the newborn sessions will last from 1-3 hours. During both, it is profoundly important to me that you are enjoying yourself, and donít feel rushed. Being a new mom & dad is hard work, both before and after the baby arrives!

This is for any time you notice those big ëovernightí changes, or any occasion you want to remember in a special way. Often it works out well to have the sessions every 6 months.

When the two years have passed and youíve compiled your favorites, I will help you gather them into a lovely, 8 x 10 - 25 page, hard cover baby book (included in the price).

This session is done on location, and Kerry will travel at no extra cost, up to 30 miles from Charlottesville. For travel beyond the Charlottesville and surrounding areas, please contact Kerry for a quote. Additional people may be added for $25/person.

This is shorter session (about 30 minutes), perfect for capturing the holidays.

Booking: Typically Kerry books a month in advance.

Galleries are available and DVDs are ready to be picked up or mailed (client choice) in 1-2 weeks.

During the peak seasons, the wait may be up to three weeks. If you need things rushed, please let me know, and Iíll do my best to accommodate your request.

Tadpole to Toddler packages must be paid in full prior to the start of the first session.

Shoots are done in a variety of places (my home, my studio, your home, on location in and around the Charlottesville and Albemarle areas).

We will shoot primarily with natural light, outdoors or in my home studio.

Kerry will travel up to 30 minutes away from Charlottesville, and is available to travel outside of her regular area for an additional charge.
